CREAIM DEFENSE · TACTICAL EDGE

Runtime Computing at the Tactical Edge

The direction is to avoid relying exclusively on cloud infrastructure for operational decision support. HQ Meta Runtime ↔ Edge Runtime, connected/degraded/disconnected states, limited local validation, and post-recovery re-synchronization have been implemented and verified in synthetic environments. Real military Edge hardware and tactical-network performance require Controlled PoC validation.

* Source-code footprint only; not executable size, RAM, model size, or target-hardware performance. † L213-SCALE-1024K-RUN-001: 1.048576T logical state-space and 65.538B recorded WORK (65,537,983,998 exact) with reference-result equality. These are different metric types from the same Runtime Core run. This is not an exhaustive-traversal or general Max-Cut claim and not an equal number of Defense mission states.

01 · DEPLOYMENT / EMBEDDED SURFACE

One Runtime Architecture. Multiple Edge Nodes.

The same Runtime contract is connected to platform-specific Adapters. The items below are deployment-target architectures and do not mean validation on actual military hardware has been completed.

02 · WHY EDGE

Network loss must not erase the validation layer.

CONNECTED
Sensor / AI → Runtime → C2 → Human Authority
DEGRADED
Local input → Local Runtime → constrained decision support → sync when available
DISCONNECTED
Preloaded mission contract + local input + constraints → Runtime → PASS / HOLD / STOP → Human/System Gate
Disconnected operation is an architectural target. Actual offline performance, latency, power, thermal limits, secure update behavior, and platform integration must be measured on target hardware.
03 · EDGE AI ≠ EDGE RUNTIME
EDGE AI
SENSOR→MODEL→DETECT / CLASSIFY / PREDICT
CREAIM EDGE RUNTIME
SENSOR + AI + MISSION CONDITIONS→RUNTIME STATES + CONSTRAINTS→FAILURE ELIMINATION→PASS / HOLD / STOP

AI recognizes or predicts. Runtime Computing evaluates what remains executable under the supplied conditions.

04 · LOCAL RUNTIME VALIDATION

Cloud optional. Mission contract local.

Decision-support architecture only. No direct weapon control, no autonomous execution authority, and Human Authority remains a mandatory authority boundary in every deployment.

05 · EVIDENCE BOUNDARY

Core evidence is separated from tactical deployment claims.

VERIFIED CORE EVIDENCE

• 0.41 MB current source-code footprint · not executable/RAM/model size

• 65.538B recorded WORK · exact 65,537,983,998 · Windows local execution

• 1.048576T logical state-space structured scale validation · Result Equality TRUE

• Scale evidence is not an exhaustive-traversal claim

• Local execution/replay PASS · independent external reproduction PENDING

TARGET-HARDWARE VALIDATION REQUIRED

• Wearable / soldier edge hardware

• UAV / UGV / vehicle / maritime platforms

• Platform-embedded edge validation

• Latency · power · thermal · memory · secure communications
