Mission Runtime Computing

This is not a structure that produces one AI answer. Runtime state is addressed, only relevant regions are materialized, changed scopes can be selectively recomputed, and failure paths violating constraints are eliminated. When Digital Twin or mission state changes, CREAIM can revalidate affected Runtime regions and bind the new result to current-run evidence.

FROM INPUT TO REVIEWABLE EVIDENCE

What does Runtime Computing do?

AI output is not automatically approved. Runtime checks supplied constraints and provides reviewable results and evidence.

  1. 1. Receive inputs

C2, sensor, Digital Twin and AI outputs plus constraints

  2. 2. Structure states

Structure states, changes and constraints for review

  3. 3. Runtime evaluation

Select affected candidates for server-side evaluation

  4. 4. Independent review

Check constraints and return PASS, HOLD or STOP

  5. 5. Evidence & human review

Provide traceable evidence; command authority remains human

WHAT IS RUNTIME COMPUTING?

AI proposes. Runtime Computing verifies what remains executable.

CREAIM Runtime Computing is a post-generation validation layer. It does not replace C2, Digital Twin, World Model AI, or an existing AI model. It receives current state, predicted future branches, candidate courses of action, and constraints; then computes each candidate independently and returns Runtime Status plus traceable evidence for human review.

WHERE IT SITS

After C2 / Digital Twin / World Model / AI outputs, before human release or downstream action.

INPUT

Current State · Future Branches · COAs · Constraints.

OUTPUT

PASS / HOLD / STOP · surviving options · failure reasons · hashes · replay evidence.

NOT AUTHORITY

No autonomous execution, weapon control, or command authority is granted by a Runtime Status.

Simple distinction: Generative AI answers “what could we do?” World Models answer “what may happen?” CREAIM Runtime Computing answers “under the supplied constraints, what remains valid enough to review?”

STATE ≠ EVALUATION

Separate State count from computation count.

Runtime generates unique States and can perform additional evaluation or rollout on the same structure when required. Requested Budget or Evaluation Count is therefore not labeled as independent State count.

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE VALIDATION

Candidate A/B/C/D do not share the same Runtime result.

Generator and Validator are separated, and each Candidate receives a separate Run ID, Input Hash, State Distribution, and Evaluation result. If Runtime results are abnormally duplicated across candidates, Clone Detection flags a conformance failure.

FAILURE ELIMINATION

Eliminate paths that violate constraints, not merely low scores.

Constraint Adapters provide domain rules. Instead of embedding specific military rules, the Core computes which Constraints passed, held, or failed and records elimination reasons in Trace.

EVIDENCE TRUST LANGUAGE

The evidence scope is explicit even when a gate says PASS.

Software verification is never auto-promoted into external-partner or target-environment proof. NOT OBSERVED means qualifying evidence has not been recorded; it is not the same as FAIL.

SOFTWARE VERIFIED

Implemented software behavior verified by deterministic tests, regression, replay, hashes, or current-run software evidence.

REPRODUCED

The same defined procedure or workload has been repeated with matching evidence under the stated environment.

EXTERNAL COMPUTATIONAL EVIDENCE

CREAIM computation was applied to a problem set that is external to CREAIM internal demo fixtures.

EXTERNAL PARTNER OBSERVED

Persisted evidence shows actual external-partner schema, authenticated traffic, receipt, or acceptance for the stated run.

TARGET ENVIRONMENT VERIFIED

Measurements or acceptance evidence were recorded on the identified target environment under the stated protocol.

CERTIFIED / ACCREDITED

Reserved for a formal certification or accreditation issued by the relevant authorized body.

PASS
Required evidence for the stated software or evidence scope is present and validated.
HOLD
The gate was evaluated but required evidence is missing, conflicting, or insufficient.
NOT_OBSERVED
No qualifying observation has been recorded. This is not equivalent to FAIL.
MEASUREMENT BOUNDARY

Separate implemented software evidence from external operational proof.

• R3–R4 · State addressing + Active Working Set / lazy materialization

EXTERNAL PoC / BENCHMARK REQUIRED

• Connect real military C2 / ISR / Digital Twin data

• Measure target-hardware and degraded-network latency

• Observe physical multi-node worker placement

• Validate military-expert Constraint / Rule Set

• Operational suitability and independent partner acceptance

1.048576T logical state-space is evidence from L213-SCALE-1024K-RUN-001 (L=1,024,000) structured scale validation and reference-result equality. Recorded WORK is 65.538B (exact 65,537,983,998). Logical state-space and recorded WORK are separate metric types from the same Core run. Independent external reproduction is PENDING. This is not an exhaustive-traversal or general Max-Cut claim and does not mean the same number of real Defense Mission States were generated. Defense metrics are measured separately for each Mission Run.
