CREAIM Defense · Legal & PoC Notice
Public Demo · Technical Review · Controlled PoC
1. Purpose of the Public Site
This site provides information about CREAIM Defense and Runtime Computing concepts, public demonstrations, technical evidence, and enterprise/institutional PoC review. Using the public site alone does not automatically create a membership contract, purchase agreement, PoC approval, or system-access right.
2. Scope of the Public Demo
The public Mission Demo and Digital Twin-style screens are technical demonstrations using synthetic, non-sensitive scenarios. They do not mean the service is connected to real military C2/BMS, ISR/Sensor, or operational systems and must not be used as a real operational command or approval system.
3. Human Authority
CREAIM Defense PASS / HOLD / STOP, COA, and Runtime results are computational and validation outputs supporting review. The system does not automatically grant weapon-use, operational execution, or legal authority. Final judgment and authority remain with approved human command and operating structures.
4. PoC / Controlled Access
Integration of real enterprise, government, or defense-institution data or systems proceeds only in an approved Controlled PoC environment after a separate request, security review, interface discussion, and any required agreement or NDA. Submitting a PoC request does not itself constitute approval or account creation.
5. Prohibited Data
Do not enter or transmit classified information, real operational plans, military-sensitive information, credentials, raw real C2/BMS/ISR/Sensor data, or any other non-public data through public forms, the public Demo, or ordinary email.
6. Technical Claims and Validation Scope
Runtime figures, benchmarks, Evidence, Run IDs, and computational evidence shown on the site must be interpreted within the Claim Boundary and validation scope displayed with them. Different metrics such as Potential Search Space and actual evaluated work must not be treated as equivalent.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, rights in the CREAIM name, site content, Runtime Computing software, screens, documents, and technical materials belong to CREAIM INC. or the lawful rights holder. Separate rights and usage conditions arising during a PoC or technical review are governed by the applicable agreement.
8. Priority of Separate Agreements
If an NDA, PoC Agreement, supply/license agreement, security requirement, or customer-specific written agreement is executed, that document takes priority over the general guidance on this public site.
